- Be aware of special events and merchandise promotions within the store.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
- Perform cashier and operational functions daily, including returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, cash register opening procedures, cancellations, cash register closing procedures, employee transactions, and appropriate product packaging.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning Trainings.
- Seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new cashiers.
- Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Experience with cash handling is desirable.
- Basic computer knowledge is desirable.
Desirable previous experience as a cashier.
High school diploma or equivalent.
