1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as defined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards including stock, cabinets, kitchen, and restrooms.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures diligently.
11. Strive for excellence in assigned operational tasks.
12. Participate in inventory control of supplies such as packaging, bags, and labels.
13. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
14. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
15. Assist in cost reduction efforts without compromising service and standards.
16. Perform daily cashier and operational functions including opening and closing procedures, returns, exchanges, and price adjustments.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.
