1. Adhere to all customer service policies and standards as per Sephora's procedures.
2. Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stock, lockers, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures diligently.
11. Strive for excellence in assigned duties.
12. Participate in supply control (packaging, bags, gifts, labels, etc.).
13. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
14. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
15. Assist in cost reduction without compromising service and standards.
16. Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, opening/closing procedures, and employee transactions.
17. Complete all My Sephora Learning Trainings and seek additional training as needed.
18. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
