1. Adhere to all Sephora customer service policies and procedures.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock and common areas.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures diligently.
11. Participate in inventory control, including packaging and labeling.
12. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
13. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service standards.
15. Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.
16. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.
17. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Ability to operate point of sale systems.
5. Verbal communication with customers and staff.
6. Flexibility and availability.
7. Consistent and reliable service delivery.

Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
