1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards including stock, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures.
11. Participate in inventory control and supply management.
12. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
13. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
15. Perform daily cashier and operational functions including returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, and opening/closing procedures.
16. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
17. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Previous cashier experience is desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent.
