- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
- Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash register area.
- Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stockrooms and staff areas.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
- Contribute to store safety standards and communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with sample policies and be aware of special events and merchandise promotions.
- Assist in cost reduction efforts without compromising service and standards.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and assist in training new cashiers.
- Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Experience with cash handling is desirable.
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
