- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as per Sephora standards.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, in line with Sephora's service protocols.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping.
- Handle returns and exchanges positively.
- Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
- Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
- Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stock, lockers, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
- Contribute to maintaining store safety standards.
- Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
- Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures, returns/exchanges, and supply needs communication.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new cashiers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Basic computer skills are desirable.
Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
