1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as per Sephora standards.
2. Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm.

14. Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stock, lockers, kitchen, restrooms, etc.
15. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
16. Strive for excellence in the area of responsibility.
17. Participate in supply control (packaging, bags, gifts, labels, etc.).
18. Complete all necessary tasks quickly and accurately.
19. Contribute to maintaining store safety standards.
20. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
21. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
22. Be aware of special events and merchandise promotions within the store.
23. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
24. Perform daily cashier and operational functions: returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, cash register opening procedures, cancellations, cash register closing procedures, employee transactions, and appropriate product packaging.
25. Complete all My Sephora Learning Trainings.
26. Seek additional training when necessary.
27. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organization skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
