1. Manage and process customer transactions accurately, adhering to established cash procedures.
2. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise shipments.
3. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
4. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
5. Restock products on the sales floor and maintain product displays.
6. Assist in handling product recalls and returns in compliance with company policies.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and foster client loyalty.
8. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations.
9. Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.

1. Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
