1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
3. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
4. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
5. Ensure timely stock replenishment on the sales floor and maintain appealing product displays.
6. Accurately process customer transactions and adhere to cash procedures.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and foster client loyalty.
8. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations.
9. Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
