1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
5. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist with backstage maintenance.
7. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures, striving for excellence in assigned tasks.
8. Communicate supply needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.
9. Assist in reducing company expenses while maintaining service standards.
10. Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.

1. Previous cashier experience is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not mandatory.
