1. Manage stock by receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
3. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
4. Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain appealing product displays.
5. Process customer transactions accurately, adhering to cash procedures.
6. Foster client loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
7. Collaborate with store associates and management to ensure smooth operations.
8. Support new store opening procedures by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
