1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Unpack, label, and tag products accurately and efficiently.
3. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
4. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
5. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
6. Ensure stockrooms are adequately stocked to meet customer demands.
7. Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
8. Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as necessary.
9. Assist in the implementation of merchandising plans and promotional displays.
10. Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures.
11. Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces like the cash area and gift wrap.
12. Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming and exceeding customer needs.
13. Share product knowledge effectively to drive sales and increase basket size.
14. Collaborate with store associates to understand their stock needs and priorities.
15. Communicate effectively with the management team regarding stock-related issues.
16. Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.
17. Support the setup of new stores by participating in unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Prior experience in store operations (cash and stock) or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
