1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise.
2. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including stockrooms and shelves.
3. Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
4. Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered.
5. Restock products on the sales floor promptly and maintain appealing product displays.
6. Accurately process customer transactions, adhering to cash procedures.
7. Foster client loyalty by warmly welcoming and understanding customer needs.
8. Collaborate with store associates to understand their stock needs and priorities.
9. Assist in training new stock associates on inventory management procedures.

1. Prior experience in store operations or related roles is preferred.
2. Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic products is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience in store operations, particularly in cash and stock management, is preferred.
