1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

4. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping.
5. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
6. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
7. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
8. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
9. Maintain awareness of Sephora's product display concepts and ensure cleanliness and organization at the cashier area.
10. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock, cabinets, kitchen, and restrooms.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
12. Strive for excellence in assigned tasks and contribute to store safety standards.
13. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
15. Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, and opening/closing procedures.
16. Participate in My Sephora Learning training programs and assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience handling cash is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for prior cashier experience.
