1. Adhere to all Sephora customer service policies and procedures.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock and storage areas.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
11. Strive for excellence in assigned tasks.
12. Participate in supply control, including packaging and labeling.
13. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
14. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
15. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
16. Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including returns, exchanges, and supply communication.
17. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
18. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous cashier experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling preferred.
4. Basic computer skills preferred.

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent.
