- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, implementing action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.

- Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, particularly in cash handling and operations.
