- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and effective cash flow management.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, implementing action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions, maintaining seamless daily operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support the setup of new stores, ensuring smooth merchandise transition to the shop floor and stockroom.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cash handling and operational efficiency.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to foster relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Comfortable using technology and systems for operations management.
Beginner level experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry is required.
