1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and effective cash flow management.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, implementing action plans for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions, maintaining seamless daily operations.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
8. Support the setup of new stores, ensuring smooth merchandise transition to the shop floor and stockroom.
