- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Support the setup of new stores, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

- Experience in employee relations and disciplinary processes.

- Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
