1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, implementing improvement plans as necessary.
5. Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
8. Support the setup of new stores, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

2. In-depth knowledge of cash handling and operations.
3. Experience in employee relations and disciplinary processes.
