1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
2. Conduct performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management and implement improvement plans.
5. Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies.
6. Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
8. Support new store openings by assisting in setup and stocking.

1. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of cash handling and operations.
3. Outstanding customer service skills.
4. Strong analytical skills for store performance and financial targets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
7. Experience in handling employee relations issues.
8. Comfortable using technology and systems for operations management.

Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, particularly in cash operations and inventory management.
