1. Oversee cash management processes, including cash register operations, deposits, and change funds.
2. Train and supervise cashiers, ensuring adherence to cash handling policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate with loss prevention teams to minimize theft and fraud.
4. Conduct cash audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
5. Analyse relevant KPIs and propose action plans.
6. Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
7. Identify and resolve IT issues related to cash transactions.
8. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Provide guidance, support, and direction to cashiers.
11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
12. Train new employees on operational procedures and company policies.
13. Drive team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
14. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
15. Support new store opening procedures.

1. Previous experience in cash operations and supervisory roles.

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and inventory.
3. Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
