1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee all cash handling procedures, including register operations, deposits, and reconciliations.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management and implement action plans for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
6. Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies across all store functions.
