- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure high levels of motivation, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures, including register operations, deposits, and reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy and security.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cash handling and operational efficiency.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to deliver tailored experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze store performance and drive sales.
- Comfortable using technology and systems for operations management.
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
