- Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
- Oversee all cash handling procedures, including register operations, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management and implement action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
- Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies across all store functions.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cash handling and ability to oversee cash operations.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to foster relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in handling employee relations issues.
- Comfortable using technology and systems for operations management.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry, particularly in cash operations and inventory management.
