1. Supervise, train, and coach Beauty Advisors and store staff on company policies, cash procedures, and customer service standards.
2. Conduct regular performance evaluations and create personalized development plans for team members.
3. Oversee all cash handling procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and security through regular audits.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to cash management and implement action plans for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the store team to implement loss prevention strategies and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
6. Resolve IT or operational issues related to cash transactions.
7. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
8. Support new store opening procedures, including unboxing deliveries and stocking shelves.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the retail industry.

1. In-depth knowledge of cash handling and operations management.
2. Outstanding customer service skills and ability to foster relationships.
3. Strong analytical skills to drive sales and meet financial targets.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
