1. Oversee the entire recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and VIEs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience that reflects the employer brand.
2. Collaborate closely with recruiting managers, HRBPs, and HR experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of recruitment needs and provide strategic advice on candidate marketing and selection.
3. Maintain the quality, fluidity, and compliance of recruitment processes.
4. Develop and optimize recruitment tools and practices for campus hiring.
5. Supervise and support a team of three interns/apprentices dedicated to recruitment.
6. Serve as a primary contact for interns and apprentices, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their tenure.
7. Assist managers in tracking and developing student talent.
8. Contribute to enhancing student engagement and retention.
9. Manage budget and administrative tasks related to campus recruitment, including KPI analysis and reporting.
10. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on recruitment data.

1. Proven initial experience in Human Resources or recruitment.
2. Strong passion for talent acquisition.
3. Candidate experience-oriented mindset.

5. Excellent listening, resilience, responsiveness, organizational skills, and empathy.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
7. Good command of written and spoken English.
