Sephora Campus Manager

- Oversee the entire recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and VIEs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate experience that reflects the employer brand.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting managers, HRBPs, and HR experts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of recruitment needs and provide strategic advice on candidate marketing and selection.
- Maintain the quality, fluidity, and compliance of recruitment processes.
- Develop and optimize recruitment tools and practices for campus hiring.
- Supervise and support a team of three interns/apprentices dedicated to recruitment.
- Serve as a primary contact for interns and apprentices, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their tenure.
- Assist managers in tracking and developing student talent.
- Contribute to enhancing student engagement and retention.
- Manage budget and administrative tasks related to campus recruitment, including KPI analysis and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on recruitment data.
- Proven initial experience in Human Resources or recruitment.
- Strong passion for talent acquisition.
- Candidate experience-oriented mindset.

- Excellent listening, resilience, responsiveness, organizational skills, and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
