Sephora Campaign Operations Manager

- Oversee the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Senior Manager, Tech Enablement to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a technical CRM expert, utilizing SQL and platforms such as Optimove, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Azure Databricks.
- Bridge communication between marketing strategists, channel partners, and technical teams.
- Craft and execute client journeys, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams such as Personalization & CRM Strategy, Analytics, and Marketing Channels to establish impactful marketing initiatives.
- Drive omni-channel campaign execution and promote client-first thinking.
- Translate marketing requests into logical client journeys leveraging MarTech capabilities.
- Identify process improvements and journey strategy opportunities.
- Adapt to changing business needs and strategize for test initiatives.
- Collaborate with tech partners to optimize toolsets and resolve blockers.
- Leverage insights from Data Science, Marketing Effectiveness, and Analytics teams for new opportunities.
- 4–6+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Expertise in building multi-channel client journeys, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in highly cross-functional or matrixed organizations.

4–6+ years in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Lifecycle Marketing, with a focus on multi-channel client journeys and marketing automation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
The annual base salary range for this position is $110,840.00 - $135,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
