1. Support Sephora North America Real Estate and IT Finance through monthly analytical exercises.
2. Enhance and streamline current processes and analysis tools.
3. Provide ad hoc support and analysis on Real Estate/IT/CapEx finance deliverables.
4. Present findings to Finance leadership regularly and at the internship's conclusion.
5. Collaborate with Finance and departmental business partners to manage finance activities.
6. Utilize financial systems such as Anaplan, SAP, and Excel to improve financial reports and models.
7. Engage in networking opportunities with industry leaders and peers.
8. Participate in cross-functional team projects with departments like Retail Planning, Marketing, and Legal.

1. 3+ years of undergraduate coursework in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

1. Understanding of Income Statement and financial concepts.
2. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication skills for effective writing and presentations.
4. Eagerness to learn and a positive, highly motivated attitude.

Prior coursework or experience in financial concepts and analysis is required.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
