Sephora Business Operations Intern

1. Oversee the successful project planning, execution, and launch of various projects from Loss Prevention, Inventory Control, and Retail Departments.
2. Develop recaps and lessons learned to support continuous improvement efforts with business partners.
3. Work cross-functionally to resolve issues at their root cause to improve store execution and prevent recurrence.
4. Support the Business Operations team in updating Policies & Procedures, store tools, and assets as it pertains to current projects.
5. Partner closely with the Store Communication team to ensure accurate communications are distributed to stores.
6. Gain exposure to cross-functional teams and complex projects.

1. Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
2. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
3. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions
4. Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA

5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
