Sephora Business Intelligence Expert

- Act as the BI Finance reference for Europe & Middle East, gathering and prioritizing business data needs and ensuring their effective communication to the IT Data team.
- Collaborate with IT to determine optimal solutions for business needs and ensure successful execution and user acceptance testing.
- Propose and implement process optimizations by identifying opportunities within existing or developing BI tools and promoting their adoption.
- Support and train the BI Finance user community, sharing information and best practices, and leading a training program on Sephora's BI tools, primarily Power BI.
- Coordinate regional data governance and system administration, ensuring data integrity and coherence between BI applications and ERP systems.
- Serve as the key-user for the S! One project, assisting users with SAP S/4 migration and providing training on its functionalities.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
- Significant experience (5-10 years) in a related field.
- Strong affinity for information systems and recommended financial knowledge.
- Experience in management control with knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.
- Proactive, anticipatory, and autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
