1. Design and develop impactful BI dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
2. Administer and maintain performance metrics systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of KPIs.
3. Collaborate with various teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable dashboards.
4. Validate data accuracy and optimize system performance.
5. Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
6. Assist in ETL processes to support dashboard creation and maintenance.

1. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in creating dashboards using Power BI.
2. Familiarity with SQL and ability to write intermediate-level queries.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
4. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
5. Attention to detail and a passion for data visualization and design.

Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or data visualization is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
