Sephora Business Development Manager

- Collaborate on setting sell-out targets with regional teams and monitor weekly sales performance across markets, channels, and categories.
- Develop the annual investment budget aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee monthly marketing expenses and invoicing processes.
- Lead the co-creation of the 360-degree regional activation plan, ensuring adherence to global guidelines.
- Analyze and challenge sales forecasts.
- Maintain an elevated brand image and visibility both in-store and online.
- Manage visual merchandising plans seasonally and oversee the implementation of new fixtures.
- Interface with various departments including E-commerce, Education, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Provide operational support to markets, including sampling, gratis plans, and ad hoc requests.
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in key account management, business management, operational marketing, or category management.
- Proficiency in English and a basic understanding of Mandarin is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Asian markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational leadership and attention to detail.
- Proactive and action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team spirit, initiative, curiosity, and autonomy.
At least 7 years of experience in key account management, business management, operational marketing, or category management.
Master’s degree in Business or equivalent.
