- Lead the strategic process for merchandising operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive merchandising animation both online and offline through cross-functional collaboration.
- Streamline workflows and improve processes for omni-channel collaterals, including gifting and rewards.
- Ensure timely execution of annual omni-channel animation calendars and category initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for gifting and rewards across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to enhance brand portfolio performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue and growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new revenue streams and report performance to the executive committee.
- Manage space planning, including store layouts and zoning, to optimize sales and customer experience.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards for performance insights and analytics.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial analysis skills.
- Deep understanding of omni-channel retail, preferably in the beauty industry.
