1. Lead the strategic process for merchandising operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
2. Drive merchandising animation both online and offline through cross-functional collaboration.
3. Streamline workflows and improve processes for omni-channel collaterals, including gifting and rewards.
4. Ensure timely execution of annual omni-channel animation calendars and category initiatives.
5. Oversee the end-to-end process for gifting and rewards across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
6. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to enhance brand portfolio performance and profitability.
7. Develop and execute comprehensive revenue and growth strategies aligned with company goals.
8. Identify new revenue streams and report performance to the executive committee.
9. Manage space planning, including store layouts and zoning, to optimize sales and customer experience.
10. Build and maintain executive dashboards for performance insights and analytics.
11. Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a collaborative and results-driven culture.
