1. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations focusing on sales performance by brand, category, and region.
2. Draft weekly performance commentary for various markets, intended for top management and LVMH group.
3. Conduct market share reporting and analysis by region and category.
4. Assist in creating presentations for Sephora's top management and the LVMH group.
5. Participate in budget review processes.
6. Support the development of commercial margin tracking dashboards, analyzing mix effects and promotional impacts.
7. Perform ad-hoc analyses as required.

1. Pursuing a university degree or business school education, equivalent to Bac+4/5.

1. Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive attitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English (C1/C2 level).
6. Problem-solving orientation.
7. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in analytics and business intelligence is preferred.

Pursuing a university degree or business school education, equivalent to Bac+4/5.
