Sephora Brand Partnership Group Manager

- Develop and implement the European negotiation strategy in collaboration with Offer and Marketing teams.
- Define and execute partnership strategies tailored to each brand within the portfolio in an omnichannel setting.
- Analyze distribution model trends to inform future partnership strategies.
- Establish and nurture new partnerships to support brand development strategies.
- Ensure the execution and legal security of annual agreements across the region.
- Lead a team to achieve brand scope results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Guide and mentor team members in their professional development.
- Directly manage negotiations with a select portfolio of brands.
- Business school degree or equivalent university education.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Category Management or negotiation within Selective Distribution or Retail.
- Proven leadership and change management capabilities in a dynamic omnichannel environment.
- Strong analytical and digital proficiency.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
- Ability to devise solutions in complex, results-driven contexts.
- Agility and adaptability in a European omnichannel development context.
- Excellent verbal communication and public presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and lead teams.
- Organizational acumen and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and French.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Category Management or negotiation within Selective Distribution or Retail.
Business school degree or equivalent university education.
