Sephora Brand Partner Marketing Manager

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Sephora brand partners to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
- Serve as the strategic lead for brand partners, managing key brand relationships in alignment with merchandising objectives.
- Advise brand partners on omni-channel marketing strategies, including sampling, social media, co-op advertising, and consumer messaging.
- Lead the development and execution of brand sampling strategies, focusing on the Rewards Boutique and other Sephora-led marketing initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to recommend strategies that benefit both Sephora and its brand partners.
- Identify and develop new co-op marketing programs and partnerships, building business cases for innovative ideas.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for Sephora merchandising leads.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships within the organization, including merchandising, digital, growth marketing, retail operations, and analytics teams.
- Lead and manage the ANZ Brand Partner Marketing team, consisting of four direct reports.
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications, with a focus on brand marketing and trade marketing, preferably in retail with digital experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
- Strategic thinking and vision development.
- Budget management.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Team leadership and management.
A minimum of 6 years in Marketing and Communications, with a strong emphasis on brand marketing and trade marketing, ideally within the retail sector and with some digital experience.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business.
