1. Develop and maintain sales tracking dashboards, animations, activations, and launch analyses to provide clear insights into sales performance, conversion rates, and growth against forecasts.
2. Evaluate the outcomes of innovations, activations, and marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Monitor marketing investment effectiveness and propose optimizations based on ROI.
4. Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising, PR, and Influencers to integrate results and learnings.
5. Participate in annual planning processes, contributing analyses to define objectives, budgets, and investments.
6. Attend brand events to ensure the correct execution of Sephora and brand guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Advanced proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is desirable.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
