Sephora Brand Marketing Manager

- Lead the marketing relationship between Sephora and third-party brands within the assigned category portfolio.
- Develop and execute go-to-market launch plans for major brand and product introductions.
- Advise brands on strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to optimize performance at Sephora.
- Build and maintain annual brand activation calendars in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Analyze and report on co-op program investments, providing strategic recommendations.
- Manage co-op budget, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and collections.
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships across various departments, including Merchandising, Integrated Marketing, and Media.
- Collaborate with US counterparts to share insights and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in account/brand management and omni-channel integrated marketing.
- Proficiency in digital and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience in brand management and omni-channel marketing, with a focus on digital and social media strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
