Sephora Brand Marketing Intern - Hair

- Support the Marketing Manager in executing and managing marketing and sampling plans for 10-15 hair brands.
- Facilitate proactive and clear communication with brand and cross-functional partners regarding deliverables and scheduling.
- Manage brand calendars, sampling placemats, social activation, and co-op related tasks.
- Ensure timely management of brand-facing materials, coordination of calendars, and financial deductions.
- Coordinate social content and brand exposure across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate brand exposure seamlessly across social, sampling, and paid media initiatives.
- Manage brand communication related to asset needs and maintain contact hygiene.
- Work with the Manager to identify, structure, and complete a single internship project.

- Must be graduating in 2026 or 2027 with an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management abilities and the capacity to juggle priorities.
- Proactive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
No prior experience required, but proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills are essential.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications and geographic location.
Interns will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience, including virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels. The program offers exposure to Sephora's career growth opportunities and is a prerequisite for the LEAP rotational program.
