- Contribute to the omni-channel animation and events calendar, ensuring all brand activities are meticulously tracked and communicated.
- Manage the collation, briefing, approval, production, and delivery of campaign assets tailored to each marketing channel.
- Partner with Category Managers and Brand Partnerships Manager to organize standout in-store events and larger activations.
- Collaborate with in-store Beauty Advisors to ensure flawless execution of POS, animations, and events.
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver cohesive and impactful brand campaigns.
- Oversee stock availability, delivery, and customer communication for promotional products tied to brand campaigns.
- Assist with large-scale projects, providing administrative or on-site support as needed.
- Monitor and analyze campaign and event performance, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
- Track competitor initiatives and share findings with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills for fostering professional relationships.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach in high-pressure environments.
- Project management experience with excellent attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data and applying insights.
Project management experience in a marketing or retail environment is preferred.
