1. Drive sales for the Benefit brand, focusing primarily on the brow bar services, including lip and eyebrow waxing.
2. Ensure the brand's gondola is organized and fully stocked with products.
3. Focus exclusively on the Benefit brand to sell products and offer services.
4. Provide customer service in line with Sephora/Benefit standards, aiming to serve 3 to 5 customers daily.
5. Maintain organization, restock products, and clean the brow bar area.

1. Completion of high school education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.

1. Experience in the beauty industry with a focus on sales or customer service.
2. Experience as a Makeup Artist or Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.
3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in beauty sales or customer service is required. Experience as a Makeup Artist or Eyebrow Designer is a plus.

High school diploma with relevant technical course.
