1. Drive brand sales with a primary focus on the brow bar, offering specialized services such as eyebrow and upper lip waxing.
2. Maintain an organized and well-stocked gondola with brand products.
3. Focus exclusively on the Benefit brand to sell products and provide services.
4. Deliver customer service in alignment with Sephora/Benefit standards, aiming to serve 3 to 5 clients daily.
5. Ensure the brow bar area is clean and products are replenished regularly.

1. Completion of high school education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.

1. Proficiency in basic office software.
2. Fluency in English is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, particularly in sales or customer service within clothing or cosmetics retail environments. Experience as an Eyebrow Designer is a plus.

High school diploma with relevant technical training.
