- Drive sales for the Benefit brand, with a particular focus on the brow bar services.
- Maintain a well-organized and fully stocked display of Benefit products.
- Dedicate efforts exclusively to promoting and selling Benefit products and services.
- Provide exemplary customer service in line with Sephora and Benefit standards, aiming to serve 3 to 5 clients daily.
- Ensure the brow bar area is clean and orderly.
- Completion of secondary education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.
- Proven sales and customer service skills in the beauty or fashion retail industry.
- Experience as an Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in sales or customer service roles within clothing or cosmetics stores.
Completion of secondary education with relevant technical training.
