- Drive brand sales and manage the brow bar, focusing on waxing and eyebrow services.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring they are organized and well-stocked with brand products.
- Focus exclusively on the Benefit brand to sell products and offer services.
- Provide exemplary customer service in line with Sephora/Benefit standards, aiming to serve 3 to 5 customers daily.
- Ensure the organization, replenishment, and cleanliness of the brow bar area.
- Completion of secondary education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.
- Experience in the beauty sector, particularly in sales or customer service.
- Previous experience as a Makeup Artist or Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in organizing and maintaining product displays.
- Ability to focus on brand-specific sales and services.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in sales or customer service, is required. Experience as a Makeup Artist or Eyebrow Designer is a plus.
Secondary education with a technical course in relevant fields.
