1. Drive brand sales and manage the brow bar, specializing in facial hair removal services.
2. Maintain organized and well-stocked brand displays.
3. Focus exclusively on promoting and selling Benefit products and services.
4. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora/Benefit standards, targeting 3 to 5 customer interactions daily.
5. Ensure the brow bar area is clean and products are replenished regularly.

1. Completion of secondary education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.

1. Proficiency in basic office software.
2. Strong customer service and sales acumen.
3. Experience in beauty sales or customer service is advantageous.
4. Background as a Makeup Artist or Eyebrow Designer is a plus.

Experience in the beauty industry with a focus on sales or customer service is preferred.

High school diploma with relevant technical training.
