- Drive sales for the Benefit brand, focusing primarily on the brow bar services.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of brand products.
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora/Benefit standards, aiming to serve 3 to 5 customers daily.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the brow bar area.
- Completion of secondary education with a technical course in Eyebrow Design, Makeup, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology.
- Proficiency in basic office software.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Organizational skills.
Experience in the beauty industry, particularly in sales or customer service within retail clothing or cosmetics. Previous experience as an Eyebrow Designer is advantageous.
Secondary education with relevant technical certification.
