Sephora Brand Communication Manager

- Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing communication strategy for Sephora's core campaigns, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Manage the annual calendar for animation activations and China-focused festival campaigns, ensuring aligned timelines and resource efficiency.
- Lead integrated marketing communication (IMC) planning and execution in collaboration with creative, regional, and merchandising teams.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution across offline and online channels.
- Design and implement China-market tailored festival campaigns, leveraging consumer insights for impactful storytelling and engagement.
- Oversee project management and operations, including agency management, budget setting, and ROI optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or campaign management, preferably in multinational or luxury retail environments.
- Proven expertise in brand communication strategy and omnichannel integrated marketing.
- Strong accountability and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and consumer experiences.
- Professional proficiency in English with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.
