Sephora Brand Communication Manager

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies for Sephora's core campaigns.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver engaging, youth-centric campaigns aligned with regional guidelines and local consumer preferences.
- Manage the annual calendar for animation activations, China-focused festival campaigns, and BPS commercial campaigns.
- Oversee IMC planning and execution, collaborating with creative teams and merchandising for product selling points.
- Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.
- Lead the development of China-market tailored festival campaigns, leveraging consumer insights for campaign concepts.
- Design integrated IMC amplification strategies and align cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
- Oversee project delivery and agency management, setting clear campaign objectives and managing budgets.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or campaign management, preferably in multinational, luxury retail, or agency settings.
- Proven expertise in brand communication strategy, omnichannel integrated marketing, and project management.
- Strong accountability, independent problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and consumer experiences.
- Trend-aware and agile with professional English proficiency, including excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields preferred.
