1. Develop impactful animations and training modules based on the latest trends.
2. Manage a diverse portfolio of over 20 beauty brands.
3. Oversee brand negotiations for local and EME Beauty Masters and Brand Campus.
4. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Offer, and Negotiation teams.
5. Monitor and analyze brand KPIs.
6. Integrate Sephora Collection tools into training content.

1. Strong collaborative skills, particularly with Marketing and Offer teams.
2. Proficiency in negotiation and coordination.
3. Extensive experience working with various beauty brands.
4. Ability to facilitate and organize Train-the-Trainer sessions.
5. Autonomous and proactive approach.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the beauty or retail industry.
