Sephora Brand Activations Specialist

- Organize, manage, and execute in-store animations for key brand and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of in-store animations.
- Develop brand activation toolkits and consolidate brand activation requests.
- Manage the in-store animation calendar in partnership with category management teams.
- Ensure adherence to Sephora guidelines by communicating animation package confirmations to brands.
- Coordinate with store teams for brand installations and dismantling according to the Sephora calendar.
- Spearhead best practices and develop processes for successful execution of animations.
- Maintain regular reporting of animation performance and share feedback across teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in project management or cross-functional team collaboration.
- Understanding of in-store activations and retail marketing.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty retail industry, with a preference for candidates with project management or cross-functional team collaboration experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
