Sephora Beauty Specialist (Supervisor)

- Manage the sales floor for one or more core product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection), ensuring visual merchandising and product availability meet brand standards.
- Act as a conduit between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team, translating strategic priorities into daily execution.
- Support Store Managers in implementing commercial and HR strategies, including staff planning and performance follow-up.
- Monitor, analyse and report team KPIs and budgets; motivate the team to achieve sales, conversion and product-mix objectives.
- Coordinate commercial and organisational activities such as promotions, product launches, CRM campaigns and in-store events.
- Oversee stockroom operations and inventory levels, aligning replenishment cycles with merchandising plans.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, safety and regulatory requirements).
- Onboard, train and coach new hires; support career development and performance management within the team.
- Foster open, trust-based relationships across store teams and with wider organisational stakeholders to promote collaboration and recognition.
- Minimum 3–4 years' experience in retail leadership roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) — ideally in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate front-line teams to deliver commercial targets and excellent customer experience.
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, daily reporting and basic budget oversight.
- Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating promotions, events and product launches.

Minimum 3–4 years in similar supervisory or assistant management roles within fast-paced retail, preferably in multinational or prestige beauty contexts.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, cosmetology or a related discipline preferred.
