- Manage and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing expert beauty advice.
- Contribute to the store's visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Support the expansion and growth of the retail project.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
- High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented approach.
At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
