- Manage and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and beauty consultations.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
- High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

- Proficient in sales and KPI management.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
